Our son Matt has brought such joy to us and through him we have learnt so many things about ourselves and life. He has a rare genetic syndrome called Rubinstein-Taybi Syndrome. This blog is where we process the things we have learnt, where we share our challenges and pains, and where we celebrate small victories.

Soooooooooooooo gorgeous! Great fun to add more ideas today - loved your idea of deep knee bends as you made BIG circles for the owl's eyes (both hands moving up and out, round and down, and in again at the same time) Using foam blocks to stick in the shaving cream to make a face worked well too! My best is the joy on your face as you work + play and this picture captures it so well Pam
