Matt is slowly coming to terms with paint. For a long time he was very uncomfortable with the feel of paint. Slowly paint is becoming his friend.
Our son Matt has brought such joy to us and through him we have learnt so many things about ourselves and life. He has a rare genetic syndrome called Rubinstein-Taybi Syndrome. This blog is where we process the things we have learnt, where we share our challenges and pains, and where we celebrate small victories.

Some fun...
For the last few weeks I haven't been up to blogging much. In the last month I took some photos of Matt having fun, enjoying the last days of summer.

I've missed seeing pictures of Matt! He's growing up so much. What a great looking little man, with some awesome play skills!
I feel like he's grown overnight! He looks so much bigger all of sudden. What a cutie!
Hope your feeling good and resting as much as you can.
Pretend play is a HUGE milestone! That is so good to see. Nathan just had his first piece of chocolate today and absolutely loved it. He an Matt have a lot in common.
