Our son Matt has brought such joy to us and through him we have learnt so many things about ourselves and life. He has a rare genetic syndrome called Rubinstein-Taybi Syndrome. This blog is where we process the things we have learnt, where we share our challenges and pains, and where we celebrate small victories.

I'll comment under this series cos it is just so gorgeous! I remember when Jax and Lloyd had just bought their digital camera while Jax was pregnant - so hopeful of having fun taking pictures of their lovely little baby. And then their world was turned upside down. Jax worried to me one day that they were going to have this ugly little thing that she wouldn't even want to take photos of. But how gorgeous is this little boy?! You can clearly see his parents in him. But more than that, you can clearly see his parent's love for him in him - does he not just look like the most treasured little guy? He knows it, I'm sure. - Ruth
